We know that due to financial pressure linked to Covid-19 and/or other reasons, many mothers are unable to gift themselves with some well deserved me-time, which combined with isolation experienced over the past months can have a negative impact on their mental health.
Being able to mentally recharge and connect with one another is critical to the wellbeing of all mothers (and everyone else too).
