About the event

Always feeling you are running out of time?

We all have 1,440 minutes in every day, but I bet you feel like there isn't enough time in your day to do everything on your 'to do' list.

Join Declutter Expert, Bridget Johns from Be Simply Free, as she helps you to release unrealistic expectations of doing it all and find five more hours in your week.

If possible, please bring a laptop to this hands on workshop so you can start mapping out your future during the session (we can lend you laptop if necessary).

Acknowledgement

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, and pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present and emerging.

We recognise the enduring strength, wisdom, and care of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers, families, and communities: the first teachers and the original holders of knowledge that raising a child takes a village.

May we continue to learn from these ways of being, walking alongside each other with respect, humility, and care, to build systems and communities that hold every mother, child, and family in safety, connection and strength.
