Event Highlights

Kick for a Cause: Participate in an amateur goal kicking challenge where we invite the community to kick goals until everyone is eliminated, and only one person remains. Prizes and recognition will be awarded, making this a thrilling attraction for attendees. You can familiarise yourself with our Goal Kicking Comp's terms and conditions HERE

Family Entertainment: Engage in a variety of fun activities such as Disco Party, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Giant Games, Footy Games and more. There's something for everyone - from young kids to adults - to enjoy throughout the event.

BBQ + Snacks: Enjoy a sausage sizzle, some snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted at the event.

Guest Speakers: Listen to inspiring individuals who will share their experiences and knowledge on maternal mental health. This is an opportunity to foster empathy and understanding within our community.

Raffle + Silent Auction: Participate in exciting fundraising activities such as a Wine Wall, Lucky Dip, Raffles and Silent Auction featuring items and services generously donated by local businesses.

Sun-Smart: We will provide some shade around the oval; however, there won't be any umbrellas near the kicking competition zone. Please ensure you wear a sun-smart outfit and sunscreen to stay protected.

Quiet Zone: For those who may feel overwhelmed by everything happening around them but still want to participate, we are seeking a partner to sponsor our 'quiet zone.' We hope to make this available to our community on the day. Alternatively, there are plenty of quiet areas at the back of the oval or near the nature playground.

Partnership Opportunity

As a grassroots charity, we rely on the support of our community and businesses to further our mission, including events like this.

Sponsoring this community event is an opportunity for your organisation to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of mothers and children during their critical early years—the most important year for a child, yet the most vulnerable year for a mother.

Every mother and child in our community matters, and it's crucial that we come together to amplify our message and make a positive impact on the lives of South Australian families.

Please understand that your sponsorship has the power to make a significant difference in the lives of mothers and children during their early years. We deeply appreciate every contribution, whether financial, in-kind, or as prizes. Your support enables us to create a special event for our community and continue providing our free evidence-based programs.

Volunteer Roles

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and play a vital role in making this event a memorable one. There are various roles available to suit different interests and skills, from event coordination to assisting participants.

Your contribution as a volunteer will help us create a fantastic experience for our community. If you're eager to get involved and make a positive impact, we welcome you to be part of our team

Important Note

All volunteers must hold a Working With Children Check. We can possibly assist with this. Please let the team know.
