Hosted by Dinah, your Life Coach and COSP facilitator, "Mummy Chat" is not just another "Mums Group"; it is a dedicated group coaching program designed to focus on nurturing the woman within you. During this hour together, we will delve into real and meaningful conversations, working together to untangle any roadblocks you might be facing in your life. The primary goal of these sessions will be to reconnect you with the woman within, providing a platform for open discussions that lead to greater clarity about your identity and aspirations. By gaining a deeper understanding of who you are and who you wish to become, we aim to empower you to manifest positive changes in your life.
